Our Vision
At The Divorce Workshop, we are committed to revolutionizing how individuals approach moderate and high-conflict divorces. Having navigated the challenging landscape of high-conflict situations ourselves, we understand the complexities and emotional turmoil involved. We also recognize the profound grief that many experience when facing the end of a relationship. Our mission is to empower those grappling with these difficult transitions by providing practical strategies and compassionate support that offer clarity during uncertain times.
Our male/female coaching model offers balanced perspectives, enhancing your understanding and strategy during the divorce process. We provide practical strategies to save you time and money, helping you minimize financial burdens and escape the cycle of divorce limbo.
Our workbook, Just Separated: A Hands-on Workbook for Your Divorce & Separation, serves as an affordable foundational tool that fosters healing and growth, making support accessible to all.
We believe in actively engaging in the divorce process rather than solely relying on legal representatives. Our goal is to empower you to approach divorce with clarity, transforming your experience into a constructive journey, whether you're dealing with high conflict, heavy grief, or seeking practical information. We strive to help you make informed decisions that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling future.
Kirk’s Divorce Story:
Kirk's divorce journey took a unique path when he opted for a do-it-yourself (DIY) divorce, also known as a "Kitchen Table Divorce." By sitting down with his ex to draft a separation agreement, they minimized financial burdens and ensured fairness for both parties. However, he was unprepared for the unexpected post-abuse behavior of his ex, which led to the unfortunate severance of his bond with his youngest son due to parental alienation. This distressing experience has motivated Kirk to raise awareness about parental alienation, which occurs in 1 out of 7 divorces. He is passionate about helping those navigating moderate to high-conflict divorces and provides practical information for anyone feeling uncertain during this challenging time. Through his expertise, Kirk offers valuable support to clients, helping them avoid excessive legal fees by approaching divorce as a business while addressing the complexities of their situations.
